There is a problem with my member record, what should I do?

If your encampment (which you need in order to apply for NCSAs) does not show in your member record, scan your certificate and attach it to an email to Sharon Jackson, be sure to include your CAPID to save time.

If you attended Winter Encampment to meet the encampment requirement and the staff have not submitted the graduation list to NHQ, scan and email your certificate as described above.  If your NCSA application is listed as LATE because of this issue, have your unit commander send an email to cadets@capnhq.gov explaining the situation so that you are not penalized.

If the activity you're applying for requires participation at a previous event (APJOC requires PJOC, COS Falcon Flight requires COS, etc.), attach the activity certificate to an email to Sharon with a request to update your member record.  Be sure to include your CAPID to save time.
