Commander approvals for NCSA applications are done online in eServices.
Once an application is complete unit commanders will see a notification in their Commander's Corner.
They can access the approvals in the NCSA Main Menu on the eServices homescreen.
Once applications have been approved at the unit level they will be available for wing approval.
Wing approvals are accessed the same way except that commanders click on the Wing Approvals link in the Main Menu area.
Once you have your Commander Approvals, any changes to the preferences in your application will reset the approvals and your commanders will need to repeat this process!!
If you are selected for an activity the director will contact you with specific instructions. Sign the “Release Agreement” and have your parent or guardian (if applicable) sign the “Release by Parent or Guardian” block (page 4 of the application).
Mail the signed “Release Agreement/Release by Parent or Guardian” to the activity director. If you are slotted to attend more than one activity, you will need to send a copy of the release to each activity. DO NOT SEND THEM TO NHQ.
